About the role
The Commercial team is responsible
for the administration of the procurement function, contracts and
legal and the company motor vehicle fleet.
Reporting to the Senior Manager
Commercial, you will be part of a small close-knit team providing
admin support for these functions.
Key responsibilities of the role
include but are not limited to;
Provide administration support for the company motor
vehicle fleet, e.g. maintain the company vehicle master list in
Excel (updating for changes), getting quotes from suppliers and
ensuring vehicle movements are properly approved using change
of custodian form
Help raise Purchase Orders for one-time vendor orders as
requested
Help process non-Purchase Order supplier invoices for
approval
Assist with the processing of Insurance claims
Help create new vendors and update existing vendors in
Unit4
Verify and update vendor bank account details
Conduct annual vendor questionnaires
Administration support to the Procurement Specialist and
Senior Manager Commercial
About You
You will be an experienced
Administrator with a working knowledge of general purchasing
practices and principles as well as have a high attention to
detail.
You will have excellent communication skills in both
written and verbal and excellent organisational and time management
skills.
You will also have a high level of
computer literacy; including computerised purchasing and accounting
systems and the ability to stay abreast of developments within the
procurement/supply chain space.
You must have a current and
valid unrestricted driver's licence.
