Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Corporate Receptionist to join our main reception desk on a permanent, full-time basis. Based at our vibrant Victoria Park head office, you’ll be a vital part of the Corporate Services team, serving six floors as the friendly first point of contact and delivering professional, welcoming service to all guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and directing all visitors in a professional and positive manner.
- Managing a busy switchboard, including, handling and accurately directing all incoming calls and phone messages
- Co-ordination of local couriers and deliveries
- Assist with the sorting and distribution of incoming mail ready for distribution
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Corporate Services department as required
What you’ll bring:
- You have excellent communication skills with ability to comfortably engage a broad range of customers
- You have strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- You are confident, energetic and have a cheerful disposition – customer focus is key!
- You have demonstrated initiative and ability to work well independently and in a team
- You have sufficient computer literacy and word processing skills (proficiency in MS Office- Word & Outlook)
- You have previous reception/administration support experience
