Regional Group Australia (RGA) is a leading independent Australian construction material producer across regional NSW, VIC & QLD.
RGA are seeking an experienced and reliable Sales Loader Operator to join the team at our Blackwater Quarry.
Duties include, but not limited to:
* Operate and maintain loader as required with daily operations
* Identifying and reporting repairs and maintenance items
* Optimising equipment without damaging it
* Embrace and adopt safety culture
* Work out of camps in semi remote sites
* Assist in routine maintenance
* Complete daily pre-start checks on plant
* Participate in daily toolbox talks
* Develop a thorough understanding of Maas Group WHS policies and procedures
* Follow all instructions from Quarry Supervisor
* Living away from home allowance
Required skills and experience:
* Front end loader experience
* White Card
* Drivers licence
* RII tickets
* Excellent communication skills
* High drive and work ethic
* Well organised
* Good leadership qualities
* Willing to work extended hours where required
* Must be reliable, trustworthy and capable of working in a small team
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment prior to commencement on site
