Marley’s Transport is a family-owned company with over 50 years of operations. We have a large well maintained fleet carting bulk grain, stock feed and livestock operating throughout the South of Western Australia. The ideal candidate for this role will be an enthusiastic person who is willing to learn the transport industry to provide administrative support to other departments within the administration team. 
Key Responsibilities 
Data Entry of incoming paperwork into internal systems 
Manage incoming customer orders 
Finalising of invoices and send to customers 
Assist customers with account queries 
Friendly and helpful front of house reception 
Reconcile subcontractor paperwork 
Complete all general administration tasks as required 
Any other tasks as directed by your supervisor 
Selection Criteria – ESSENTIAL 
The drive and skills to be able to work with minimal supervision 
Strong Microsoft Office and computing skills
