McConnell Bourn is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Associate to join our professional sales team based on Sydney's North Shore.
This is an office-based role suited to someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, supporting sales campaigns, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to a high-performing team. You will also play a key role in liaising between our sales team and internal marketing team to ensure property campaigns are delivered smoothly and on time.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will support the full sales process from listing to settlement, working closely with our agents and ensuring all campaigns and client communications are executed to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting agents with day-to-day sales operations and campaign management
* Coordinating campaign requirements between the Sales Team and Marketing Team
* Liaising with the internal marketing department to ensure advertising, photography, signboards and online listings are completed on schedule
* Managing enquiries, buyer follow-ups and client communication
* Preparing listing documentation and assisting with contracts and sales paperwork
* Managing CRM/database and maintaining accurate client records
* Organising open homes and inspections as required
* Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and external stakeholders
* Assisting with prospecting and lead generation activities
* Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently with strong attention to detail
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be confident in a real estate environment and comfortable working from the office daily. You will be organised, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working with both sales and marketing stakeholders.
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience in real estate sales support (essential)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
* The ability to work collaboratively across sales and marketing functions
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Professional presentation and a polished approach
* Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (experience preferred)
Requirements
* NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (preferred)
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Availability to work Saturdays as required
