Job Title: Disability Support Worker – Behaviour Support (Immediate Start)

About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Disability Support Workers in Echuca to support clients with complex behaviours. This role involves providing direct, person-centred support in line with individual behaviour support plans, promoting independence, and ensuring safety and dignity in all care provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support participants with daily living tasks, community engagement, and personal care
* Accurately record shift notes and report any incidents or changes in behaviour
* Engage participants in planned indoor and outdoor activities
* Maintain professional boundaries while building trusting relationships
* Work collaboratively with team members, families, and allied health professionals
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to NDIS Code of Conduct
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience working with clients with behavioural needs
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check (WWCC) – NSW
* Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (if required by client)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Willingness to travel within Echuca region
