Job Title: Accommodation Operations Manager
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the daily management of accommodation services.
The successful candidate will have previous supervisory or management experience in a similar environment and will be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the daily operations of accommodation, catering, and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
* Oversee cleaning and housekeeping requirements, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
* Manage rostering for catering, facility, guest relations, and cleaning staff.
* Control costs and stock management.
* Allocate accommodation in accordance with employee rosters.
* Provide guidance and coaching to your team.
* Managing administration and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
* Previous supervisory or management experience in a similar environment.
* Hospitality management experience.
* Good computer skills.
* A valid manual driver's license.
* The ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
* A National Police Clearance.
* Sound commercial acumen.
* Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
