About the Role – Casual Front-of-House All-Rounder
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic hospitality all-rounders, available for 20+ casual hours per week, to support our bar, bistro, gaming and customer service operations.
This role includes:
* Bar service, floor service and customer engagement
* Gaming room support (Keno, TAB, GFR Pro)
* Cash handling
* Maintaining venue presentation and service standards
* Upholding gaming compliance and RSA requirements
* Working across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Essential
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team
* Reliable, trustworthy and positive attitude
* Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced venue
Preferred
* Basic Gaming Certificate
* Experience in a gaming room environment
* Bartending skills
* Keno, TAB or GFR Pro experience
* Strong cash-handling skills
* Well-organised and able to work under pressure
* Quick learner with initiative and enthusiasm
