This role is ideal for an experienced Property Manager, or a Business Development Manager with previous property management experience, who enjoys building relationships and growing a portfolio.

About the Role

You'll manage a small property portfolio while also playing a key role in growing our rent roll by connecting with property owners and building long-term relationships.
We'll support you with systems, leads, and a collaborative team that genuinely has your back.
What You'll Need
Previous experience in Property Management (QLD legislation knowledge essential)
Or Business Development experience with a solid background in property management
Confidence managing a small portfolio independently
Interest in business development and rent roll growth
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Own reliable transport
Must be based on the Gold Coast
