Business Development Manager – Trade Services / Facilities Services

National Integrated Services provider based in Sydney is seeking a commercial BDM to join the team to provide tailored Integrated FM solutions. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on business growth and personal development.

Company Background:

Our client is a National Integrated Services provider, specialising in providing comprehensive and tailored facilities (trade and soft services). With an established track record of delivering great services and value to their clients, they are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team in Melbourne.


Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships.


Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the associated vertical markets.
* Building our networks and opportunities in Victoria with existing clients and new prospects
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
* Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends
* Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
* Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives
* Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance utilising the CRM database provided


Requirements

* Highly motivated individual who enjoys reward and recognition for their hard work
* Trade qualifications and understanding of soft services and maintenance services operations
* Circa three to five years of proven sales experience as a Business Development Manager
* Existing relationships with property managers, occupiers, tenant representatives, leasing agents, and other key industry professionals would be advantageous
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team to achieve business objectives
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
