With an established track record of delivering great services and value to their clients, they are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team in Melbourne.
Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the associated vertical markets.
* Building our networks and opportunities in Victoria with existing clients and new prospects
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
* Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends
* Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
* Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives
* Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance utilising the CRM database provided
Requirements
* Highly motivated individual who enjoys reward and recognition for their hard work
* Trade qualifications and understanding of soft services and maintenance services operations
* Circa three to five years of proven sales experience as a Business Development Manager
* Existing relationships with property managers, occupiers, tenant representatives, leasing agents, and other key industry professionals would be advantageous
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team to achieve business objectives
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
