An exciting role within an esteemed construction practice.2-5 years PAEA mixture of front and back end construction mattersWork with leading partnersOne of Australia's leading boutique law firms is in growth mode and are looking to take on an experienced lawyer to focus on building and construction matters.The Team and RoleThe successful candidate will be part of the Building & Construction practice, working alongside esteemed partners.You will be working on a broad range of matters and your responsibilities will include:Drafting tender and procurement documents.Providing guidance on claims against various entities in the construction process.Assisting in efficient dispute resolution through negotiation and alternative methods.Drafting and negotiating construction contracts.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of post-admission experience in construction matters, particularly in construction disputes.
