Position: Food & Beverage Team Leader (Fulltime)The venue, Ivy & Jack, welcomes in-house guests, external customers, and corporate clients.
It is open from breakfast to dinner, 7 days per week.
What you will do:
Ensuring all credit and financial transactions are handled in a secure manner.
Liaising and working collaboratively with Food & Beverage Management regarding daily duties.
Assisting with supporting the development of the team to maximise performance and a great company culture.
Ensuring guest satisfaction through delivering the Holiday Inn brand service style of 'Making Guests Smile' by enabling real human connections, putting guests at ease, and creating moments of delight.
Developing and maintaining cohesive working relationships within the immediate team, and wider hotel team.
Maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant including compliance with health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Team Leader or Supervisor role.
Highly motivated and genuinely loves to interact with a variety of different people.
Knowledge of how to prepare a wide range of beverages.
Ability to delegate, drive and motivate a team.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
Can work across a 7-day rotating roster.
Shifts will include weekends and public holidays.
