Salaried Chef Position
Job Description
We are seeking a professional and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work in a busy commercial kitchen environment delivering high-quality food.
* To manage your own sections and ensure a consistently high standard of food throughout service.
* To maintain immaculate grooming and presentation standards.
Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation, with approx. 38 hours per week.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We require a minimum 3 years experience in a professional environment, along with qualifications or trade experience equivalent to at least Cert IV level.
* Flexible and willing attitude.
* Clear communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage food presentation and quality.
* Knowledge and practices of Food Hygiene compliance.
* Availability for rotating roster across Mon to Sun.
Educational background should include completed Trade Qualifications to min Cert IV level.
