# Responsibilities
As a Site Foreman, responsibilities will include:
* Coordination of trades, materials, and suppliers in accordance with the plans, specifications, finishes and construction program
* Monitoring and managing labour on site and maintain schedule
* Liaising with regulatory bodies, designers, and clients
* Management of all aspects of Work, Health and Safety
* Manage the activities of site staff, sub-contractors, and trades suppliers
* Proactively facilitate consultation with all project stakeholders
# Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Trade Qualified or similar
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Professional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
* Ability to work in a team environment and have initiative when working independently
* Strong relationship building with all relevant stakeholders
* A down to earth, fun, friendly and professional approach to your work
