The role: As our first Network Planning Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the growth, expansion, and profitability of 7-Eleven’s national store network. Reporting to the Head of Network Planning, you’ll lead critical programs including lease renewals, new site evaluations, and network optimisation initiatives. You will manage internal and external relationships, in a newly created team focused on data and insights, and ensure strategic recommendations are backed by robust analysis. You will: Manage the program of fuel and convenience store lease renewals Support the identification and assessment of new store opportunities Manage internal data processes to drive store evaluation and network planning Build strong engagement processes with key stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met Support the development of the 7-Eleven network plan, identifying growth and refresh opportunities Prepare data and insights to build strong business cases for investment What you’ll bring: Experience managing retail leases nationally, with strong knowledge of lease metrics and retail leasing legislation Experience in network asset planning and management, ideally client-side Strong understanding of demographic, planning, and retail performance metrics Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Experience in data collection and analysis to support business decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to optimise and improve outcomes A passion for enhancing customer experience and driving commercial growth Don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes for this role—we encourage you to still apply.
