Description POSITION SUMMARY Job Description We are looking for a Spa Therapist who will be responsible for creating calming and rejuvenating experiences for guests and clients. Providing specialist skills to perform spa treatments which provide personal care that is orientated towards their relaxation and well-being, creating exceptional guest experiences. THE ROLE Provide a variety of beauty and wellness treatments, including facials, massages, body treatments and other therapeutic services. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments customizing treatments based on individual client needs and preferences. Be part of the full guest journey including reception duties, taking guest calls, welcoming guests and checking guests out. Actively seek and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve service quality. Maintain up to date knowledge on current products and treatments available and recommend and advise clients on products and treatments most suitable to meet their needs Qualifications THE REQUIREMENTS Experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa, hotel, or resort environment with expertise in delivering a range of treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments is highly regarded. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment. High level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of guest service. Previous experience working with a spa booking system (e.g., Book4Time) is advantageous.
