Overview
Our client, a leading Global Cryptocurrency Platform is seeking a highly motivated Complaints Analyst to join its Compliance team. This is a fully remote role but we are looking for candidates who have solid Australian experience and live and are able to work in Australia currently.
Key Responsibilities
Thoroughly investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure all complaints are handled in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Liaise with various departments to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive responses.
Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions.
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
Identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and customer service practices.
Key Requirements
At least 3 - 5 years experience in a complaints handling role, preferably within the financial services, fintech / crypto sectors.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
