About the Role
Auto Masters Australia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and drive performance across our South Australian franchise network.
At the State Operations Managers' direction, this is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with franchisees and managers to improve results, maintain high standards, and support business growth across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Coach and support franchisees, managers and technicians to improve performance and profitability
* Drive KPI, sales and operational improvements
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, customer service and presentation
* Support new store openings and network expansion
* Ensure compliance, audits, safety and operational standards are met
* Provide systems (AMWOS/DMS) and operational support
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff development
* Build strong supplier relationships
* Act as a brand ambassador for Auto Masters
About You
* Mechanical trade background with strong automotive industry experience
* Proven experience managing multiple sites
* Strong business, financial and operational knowledge
* Confident leader with coaching and people development skills
* Practical, solutions-focused and customer-oriented
