Job Title: Aps6 Senior Complaints Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced complaints officer to join our Governance team. As a Senior Complaints Officer, you will play a key role in managing external complaints made to the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART).

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and investigate complaints, liaising with complainants and internal stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Prepare reports for senior management, highlighting best practices and areas for improvement in complaint handling.
* Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex issues and develop effective solutions.
* Ability to work effectively in a small team, displaying resilience, professionalism, and sensitivity in challenging stakeholder interactions.
* In-depth understanding of the ART's legislative framework, jurisdiction, and operations, as well as relevant qualifications, training, or experience in complaint management.
