About the Role: We are looking for an experienced SAP HR/PY Business Analyst to support a key transformation initiative focused on HR systems and payroll processes. This is a 12-month contract working closely with stakeholders to optimise and deliver HR technology improvements, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HR Payroll. Key Responsibilities: Work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements Support optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC Payroll systems Analyse existing processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, payroll, time management) to identify gaps and opportunities Document current and future state workflows, functional specs, and user stories Support testing, change management, and go-live activities Skills & Experience: Experience as a Business Analyst in HR systems or process improvement projects Hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP ECC HR Payroll is essential Background in HR process design, especially around Hire to Retire and Payroll Experience working in or supporting manufacturing or shift-based environments Awareness of EBA / CA compliance within payroll is a plus Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
