Position Profile: We are seeking a suitably experienced person to provide professional and operational leadership in medicines management practices within the WA Country Health Services, with a particular focus on excellence in clinical pharmacy practice and medication safety. This position is the primary pharmacy contact for WACHS Pharmacy Services across WACHS and will work closely with the Chief Pharmacist, Regional Chief Pharmacists, and Senior Pharmacy Leads. This pivotal role will also collaborate with senior nursing, medical, and allied health staff to ensure patient-centric care utilizing modern, innovative, and technologically advanced services.Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed-term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).Other Conditions: WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility.
