As we developed our business, we found it was not just trades who needed toolboxes, Campers need canopies, hunters needed dog boxes and a few of us just needed somewhere to put things on our Ute.

We are a small but growing team with a very family friendly vibe in our office. We currently have five sites across Australia and are continuing to expand our brand.
**About the role**:
Our company is searching for a **Retail Sales Consultant** to be based in our **Newcastle NSW, **location, who can assist our customers in finding a setup that works for them
The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for meeting, greeting, and maintaining regular contact with all new and existing customers, ensuring that all quotes, sales, and transactions are completed accurately and that our customers are fully aware of all the relevant products we can offer them for all their trade, tool storage, 4x4 and adventure camping needs.
There will be opportunities to travel to our other showrooms and interstate for events, including 4X4 shows, camping expos, outdoor trips and more.
As a quickly expanding brand, there will be many growth opportunities that will arise and we pride ourselves on doing our best to recognise talent within our own team and prioritise your development.
**About you**:
- You have experience in retail or sales
- You are bubbly and outgoing in nature
- You love having a chat and have no problems conversing with our "Aussie Tradie" demographic
- You can learn about products and how they can be used, not just through understanding them, but by falling in love with them
- You love the outdoors. When people speak to you about their holidays, trips away, camping adventures or 4X4 off-roading experiences, you love to actively listen and find the perfect products within our range to win them over
- You have a good understanding of Utes, trays and tubs and have a general understanding of the advantages of trays and tray set ups
- Must be available to work **Saturdays **between 8am and 12pm**.
