Offer description

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be working on 1–2 projects at a time, managing new build and fit‐out projects ranging from $3 million to $20 million and will be responsible for:

* Preparing scopes of work
* Preparing monthly cost reports and forecasts
* Administrating head and sub‐contracts
* Progress payments
* Dealing with variations and contractual matters that arise
About you
* Must have 3+ years experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial, fit‐out or apartment space
* Main Contractor experience is a must
* Have great communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to drive successful commercial outcomes for the company
