Job Description
- Permanent, Full Time
Support our prospective students to progress their application from initial enquiry through to enrolment, by identifying their future goals and talking through their options
Key responsibilities
- Assessing and issuing Letter of offers in accordance with AE’s policies and procedures.
- Assessing Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) applications in accordance with AE’s policies and procedures.
- Providing accurate and timely advice to current and prospective students, stakeholders and supporting College initiatives that enhance the student experience.
- Responding to enquiries (in person, by phone, email etc.), sourcing information, following up and providing responses in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the administrative duties of programs across AE and marketing activities and special events if required.
Qualifications
- Experience working within a sales or customer service environment
- Experience in using CRM systems
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build rapport at all levels
- Experience within the education industry (advantageous)
- Exceptional administrative skills, attention to detail and strong time management skills
