Must be comfortable driving facility van. Driver requirements: Must have training and be able to return demonstrate safe clinical based transfer techniques for:* Ingress Egress of Mobile Patients with Van* Transfer of patients into and out of Wheelchair* Properly securing WC bound residents into bays in VansMust be able to lift transfer and mobilize patient weights of up to 70 pounds by self in confined areas inside Van.
