Backed by a history of successful project delivery and long-standing industry relationships, they are now seeking an experienced General Foreman to assist in the delivery of a high-end commercial School Infrastructure project valued at over $20M in Sydney, NSW.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As the Foreman, you will report directly to a Site Manager and oversee in office construction activity. You will be responsible for ensuring the site is running in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time. You will be supported by a well resourced team of Site Managers, Foremen, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Cadets.
DUTIES
- Oversee day-to-day running of project site
- WHS management and compliance
- Subcontractor management and programme management
- Structures, finishes & fit-out focused (end to end)
- Toolbox talks, site inductions, and more
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Trade qualification
- Demonstrated project experience on commercial new build projects over $20M
