Office Administrator (90M ) Robina, Gold Coast, Australia

Salary: AUD65000 - AUD75000 per annum

Our client is a well-established residential construction firm with a growing pipeline that is seeking an organised, proactive Construction Administrator to support project delivery and office operations. You'll be a central figure ensuring project documentation, communication, and compliance are maintained effectively throughout the build lifecycle.


Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, reports, and WHS records
* Coordinate correspondence among site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and assist in budget tracking
* Support onboardingof subcontractors and manage compliance workflows
* Facilitate scheduling, meetings, and smooth flow of information between site and office


What You'll Bring

* Prior experience in construction admin or a similar role (residential or commercial preferred)
* Strong attention to detail, excellent time-management, and multitasking capabilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction systems is a plus
* Outstanding communication skills — able to liaise confidently across multiple levels
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with adaptable team-first attitude
