A new position has become available for a safety professional to contribute to the future of Melbourne's iconic CityLink road network. As a Safety Advisor, you will actively support, coach, mentor and provide technical advice to internal stakeholders. This dynamic role offers a blend of site-based and office exposure, with a strong focus on fostering collaboration to achieve our Safety objectives, while also contributing to business innovation. Perfect for someone looking to develop their career as a safety professional.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Certificate 4 Work Health and Safety minimum.
* Exposure to civil road maintenance or construction (desirable).
* ICAM Lead Incident Investigation (desirable).
* Experience conducting audits and preparation of corrective actions and reports.
* Participated in high level incident investigations.
* Flexible with working night shift when required.
* Ability to positively influence change and communicate effectively with multiple types of stakeholders.
* High level of problem solving with the ability to professionally navigate complex situations.
* Strong computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation.
