* Location Victoria, BC V9B 3R5
* Salary 18.00 to 20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week
* Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities Tasks
* Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
* Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
* Keep records of the quantities of food used
* Portion and wrap foods
* Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
* Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
* Handle and store cleaning products
* Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
* Remove kitchen garbage and trash
* Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
* Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
* Gratuities
