About the Role
As Sous Chef, you'll be the right hand to the Head Chef, helping to lead the team, manage service, and ensure consistency in every plate.
You'll need to be calm under pressure, solid in the kitchen, and ready to step up when needed.
Your Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP in a fast-paced pub or bistro
Confident in leading a team and keeping service running smoothly
Strong understanding of stock control, prep, and kitchen operations
Passion for pub classics - schnitzels, steaks, burgers, and daily specials
A team player who's reliable, organised, and cool under pressure
