About the role

Mercy Community are recruiting for a superstar individual to join our Connected Families team as their Team Manager based in Hillcrest.

Days: 5 day fortnight Wednesday – Friday
Start Time: 8:30am End Time: 4:30pm

The Team Manager position is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the program areas associated with the team.

$110,110 - $114,980 per annum (SCAHDS Level 6) plus superannuation plus salary packaging available

This role entails but not limited to

* Work collaboratively with your line manager to identify client needs and deliver appropriate services within available resources, continually assessing effectiveness and responding to changing needs and dynamics
* Build and maintain trusting and meaningful working relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders
* Support and provide opportunities for life and personal skill development for clients by role modelling expected behaviours

About you

As the successful applicant, you will possess:

* Relevant undergraduate or higher degree qualifications in Social Work, Social Science, Psychology or related discipline
* Experience in a similar role in the youth or community services sector
* Current and valid Queensland Provisional Green (P2) or above Drivers Licence
* Current and valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to apply
* Evidence of current vaccination against whooping cough or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
