The Role
We're looking for an experienced Supply Planning Manager to lead our inventory and demand planning function at Haircare Group. Based in South Australia and reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll work cross‐functionally with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure optimal inventory levels, balanced demand planning, and smooth supply chain operations. This role supports a multi‐channel environment, incorporating wholesale, retail, and eCommerce demand inputs into effective supply and replenishment plans.

Your Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and availability
* Analyse sales trends, demand signals, and supplier data to support effective forecasting and replenishment
* Manage replenishment activity using planning systems and agreed inventory parameters
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to resolve stock issues efficiently
* Identify slow‐moving or obsolete inventory and implement strategies to reduce waste
* Partner with the Warehouse Manager to optimise physical inventory processes
* Collaborate with buying, logistics, finance, and retail stakeholders to support seamless supply operations
* Prepare reports and insights to inform decision‐making and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
* Tertiary qualification in business, supply chain, logistics, or finance (preferred)
* Proven experience in inventory planning and supply chain management
* Exposure to demand planning in a multi‐channel environment (retail exposure viewed positively)
* Experience using inventory and planning systems; Netstock and/or NetSuite experience is a bonus
* Familiarity with Just‐In‐Time (JIT) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) principles
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical action
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills
* Collaborative, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment
