About the Role:
* Create a high level of resident satisfaction to enhance the brand reputation within the local catchment.
* Manage the day-to-day asset management and operations of the village.
* Monitor and review village compliance with industry standards and policies.
* Organize events and engage with local stakeholders to attract new residents.
* Manage the village accounts within established frameworks.
This is a part-time position primarily on weekdays, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the villa resident sales process and lead generation to ensure maximum occupancy.
* Successfully induct new residents into the village to foster connections.
* Interact with residents, resident committees, and the local community as needed.
* Build a pipeline of future residents through networking to maximize occupancy.
* Assist residents with social events within the village.
* Manage asset and resident services within established frameworks.
* Handle maintenance requests and collaborate with the Operations Manager on asset management.
Your Qualifications:
* Proven experience in property management sales or a related field.
* Excellent people and communication skills.
* Genuine interest in the fast-growing retirement living industry.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
