Building strategic relationships with major accounts is a key aspect of this role. As a senior partnership manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing pre-emptive retention strategies to avoid tenders and protect margins.
This involves leading a portfolio of high-value accounts, working across all levels of client organisations to deliver tailored solutions and foster trust. Your ability to communicate effectively, navigate complexity, and build strong relationships will be critical to ensuring client success and business growth.
* Lead a portfolio of up to 40 strategic accounts
* Develop and execute pre-emptive retention strategies
* Build and maintain multi-level client relationships
* Facilitate client strategy workshops and internal alignment sessions
* Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver client-focused solutions
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in B2B client relationship management, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales. They will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
