Point of Hire: Darwin
This role will involve:
Experience in all below areas is essential, this is an allrounder position
•Housekeeping- cleaning of rooms, bathrooms and changing linen
•Laundry – washing of linens and towels
•Common area cleaning- gyms, recreation rooms & offices
•Kitchen Hand duties- ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP protocols, food preparation, dishes, deep cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment
•Dining Attendant duties- clearing & wiping tables, washing dishes, clean dining room, top up food bains, cutlery and drink station
•Serving in bar/wetness
What we are looking for:
•Proven hospitality experience in both housekeeping & catering
•Australian Citizen or Full working rights in Australia
•Current Full Driver's License
•Construction White Card- Mandatory & NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol
•Food Safety & Food Allergen Training- Essential
•Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
•First Aid/CPR (preferred)
•Effective communication skills at all levels, both client-facing and internal
