About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Practitioner to join our vibrant team in Mile End. You will be involved in a broad variety of occupational medicine areas including acute injury management, pre-employment medicals, monitoring and statutory assessments. You will be able to facilitate client specific return to work requirements for those with mild to complex work related injuries, both physical and psychological.
Our Mile End practice operates Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm – allowing you to enjoy your personal time We require a Medical Practitioner for at least five days per week at Mile End, but can offer flexibility for the right applicant.
Our Medical Practitioners are part of a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Physicians, Nurses, Audiologists, Allied Health professionals (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers and exercise physiologists) and Medical Administration. CHG promotes health, wellbeing and preventative health care strategies in an attempt to educate all clientele visiting our clinics or attending our programs, our Medical Practitioners play a key role in this education process.

Skills and Experience
You will be an APHRA registered Medical Practitioner with no restrictions and be able to achieve a clean Police Check. Recent medical graduates/RMO's are open to apply, FRACGP is not required.
This is a dynamic role that will suit a flexible problem solver who will strive in an environment where they must balance the daily challenge of unplanned walk-in injuries, unusual presentations with the systematic routine of pre employment medicals.
Your strong communication skills are imperative as you work within our multidisciplinary team and the Return to Work environment. A working background in occupational medicine or exposure to the complexities of Return to Work SA would be highly advantageous.
