We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Consultant to lead our team in Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and IAS for clients.
* Team Management: Allocate jobs to the offshore team and manage work-in-progress (WIP) effectively.
* Tax Planning: Provide tax planning services for high-value client portfolios.
* Client Delivery: Finalize and present completed work to clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Clients Interactions: Attend and conduct client meetings, fostering strong relationships.
* Software Proficiency: Utilize Xero, XPM, and Class Super efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years' experience as a Business Services/Tax Accountant in Australia, with at least 3 years of managing their own portfolio of clients and extensive client interaction.
