Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Tax Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations, providing tax advice and support to the region, and coordinating annual R&D tax incentive claims.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a company with complex corporate tax, VAT, and TP issues. A CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years' tax experience gained in a corporate or International Accounting firm is preferable.
The selected candidate will also have experience in implementing Pillar 2 regulations in the ANZ region; preferably with experience in managing tax audits and litigations in Australia and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations of the region
* Provide tax advice and support to the region for products, projects, and restructuring initiatives
* Coordinate annual R&D tax incentive claims and liaise with external advisors and internal project managers
* Assist with coordination and oversight of quarterly management service fees and charges to global subsidiaries and branches
* Ensure successful migration of current ERP tax processes and controls to SAP and incorporate new tax controls and processes where required
