Crest Nicholson's Midlands division are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team based in Tamworth. This role will be supporting the Managing Director with additional support to other regional Directors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant looking for an expansive, challenging and rewarding role as part of a well-established and engaging team. **About the role** The Executive Assistant covers a wide range of different tasks and challenges day to day, often dealing with confidential and sensitive information. You are seen as the go-to person for internal and external Stakeholders on behalf of the region. This is an incredibly varied role where you will effectively manage diaries, organise meetings, boardrooms, venues and hospitality, dealing with high volumes of emails and calls by communicating information in a highly professional, approachable manner. You will keep records and data up to date and accurate on various company systems and Excel spreadsheets, processing expenses and maintaining company policies and procedures. A unique part of this role also includes working closely with the Group HR team by dealing with HR, Training, Payroll and Recruitment queries. This includes allocation of company cars, IT and equipment set up and closure, mobiles and equipment, recruitment requests and offers whilst also monitoring sickness, holidays and absence records. You will also organise new starter inductions, exit interviews, temporary staff arrangements and support with Training logistics. You will have extensive experience supporting Senior Directors/Managing Directors for a high performing commercial business Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to work well under pressure Strong communication skills Strong relationship building skills, able to build rapport and trust quickly Experience with HR systems and software Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge for reporting **As an employer of choice, we offer an extensive range of benefits, to include:**#J-18808-Ljbffr
