You’ll be responsible for providing a mix of home-based and site-based services for older clientele (65+) with a variety of health conditions, accessing services through their Home Care Package (HCP) and Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) programs.Our service is built on a foundation of innovation, focusing on clients’ strengths, goal-directed interventions, and maximising independence and autonomy. We aim to redefine how Allied Health is delivered in Community Aged Care. You will be part of a supportive team with regular team meetings, one-to-one clinical supervision, and support from the Clinical Lead.About you:You are a passionate and motivated physiotherapist with excellent clinical skills, committed to continuous learning and delivering best practice. You want to make a difference in the lives of older adults by enhancing their self-esteem, empowering them to make choices, and achieving exceptional outcomes. You are interested in a full-time opportunity or working 4 days per week.This is the place for you if you:Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy. Current registration with AHPRA. Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package and/or the STRC program. Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele. The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently. Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance. Have a valid driver's license and access to a car.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also managing an individual caseload.Graduates need not apply.
