We seek an experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4, Psychologist Grade 3, Social Worker Grade 3, or Occupational Therapist Grade 3 with extensive relevant experience and a proven track record.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide evidence-based, best practice care aligned with the Mental Health Act 2014, promoting voluntary treatment, protecting rights, and supporting decision-making with patients, families, and carers.Offer specialist support through consultation, addressing complex needs, and prioritising treatment options for clients and their families.Develop, implement, and review treatment plans for complex patients, targeting biological, psychological, and social needs with evidence-based strategies.Skills & ExperienceRelevant qualification in a health-related discipline (psychology, nursing, social work, or occupational therapy); current registration where applicable.Current Victorian driver’s licence.RPN4 candidates must have completed postgraduate psychiatric nursing training and at least 5 years of relevant experience.Occupational Therapist Grade 3 and Social Worker Grade 3 typically require 7 years of experience; Psychologist Grade 3 requires registration and at least 5 years as a Grade 2 psychologist.In-depth knowledge of contemporary evidence-based treatments and the ability to coordinate clinical responses within a multidisciplinary team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, teaching, and supervision, with high integrity and professionalism.Additional InformationTo see a full copy of the Position Description, click here.Interested?
