The position starts with administrative and clerical work as well as phone and internet research, with CAD drafting support for projects. SSOE also provides forward-thinking design across healthcare and general building sectors such as corporate workplace, education, and government / judicial-and with projects completed in 40 countries.ResponsibilitiesCAD support for Civil design packages.Drawing package preparation and submittal.Minor design including site layout, grading, stormwater management and utilities.Permit preparation and follow up.QualificationsCollege student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university.Basic AutoCad experience required. Knowledge of Civil 3D a plus.Strong desire to learn with an interest in site development engineering design.Excellent written and oral communications skills.Teamwork focused.Salary Range: $20-$23 per hour depending on year in school
