As Community Manager at Officer Lifestyle Estate, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a vibrant land lease community, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong financial performance, and a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
You will:
* Oversee all daily estate operations, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery
* Provide high-level customer service and manage resident enquiries, concerns and community engagement
* Manage budgets, reporting and financial controls to meet operational KPIs
* Lead and support on-site staff, contractors and service providers
* Coordinate maintenance of grounds, facilities and shared amenities to a high standard
* Develop and implement an annual community events calendar
* Support home installations, refurbishments and stakeholder coordination
* Promote and manage in-house resales of existing homes
* Liaise with Sales, Development and Operations teams to support community growth
* Be available for occasional after-hours matters or key community events
