Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled Onsite Support Engineers to provide dispatch-based support services to our clients. The ideal candidate should be flexible and capable of assisting with various IT-related issues onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, and printer issues
* Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and apply patches
* Perform software and hardware break-fix activities
* Basic configuration and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, switches, and routers
* Install and administer Microsoft Office applications
* Provide prompt and professional onsite support to clients
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in handling desktop, network, and printer support
* Knowledge of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN) and hardware configuration
* Good understanding of switches, routers, and related equipment
* Strong communication skills in business English along with the local language
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Location:
Onsite support in and around assigned client locations
