As part of our growth and maturity, we are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team.We are one of Australia's last remaining boutique cybersecurity firms, currently the largest CREST Registered Penetration Testing company in Melbourne, and one of the few with a 24x7x365 onshore Security Operations Team. Our goal is growth through strategic build and acquisition, not sale or consolidation.RequirementsAs we expand our sales team with a focus on national growth, our aim is to become the trusted partner of choice for clients navigating their cybersecurity journey. Join us in establishing our reputation as Australia's premier cybersecurity provider.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive account management strategy to foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring retention and growth.Manage and nurture long-term relationships with high-value, strategic accounts, understanding their evolving needs and proactively providing solutions.Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts.Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure ongoing partnership success.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies for key accounts.Lead negotiations for renewals, service-level agreements, and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.Track and report on key account performance, including setting KPIs and providing forecasts to senior management.Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to build a strong network and gather insights for client engagement strategies.Knowledge & SkillsMinimum of 5 years' experience in business development within the cybersecurity or IT industry.Proven success in account management and meeting sales targets.Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.BenefitsAt Triskele Labs, we value meaningful relationships with our team and clients, emphasizing a supportive and engaging company culture.
