A newly created opportunity has become available to join a leading, values-driven Property Development Group going through significant growth.
About the role:
Reporting to a Head of Digital, you will own the Salesforce platform internally for them.
* This is initially a 12 month contract with potential for extension.
* 1 day WFH flexibility on offer.
* Up to $120,000 + Super.
You'll be establishing how Salesforce is managed, documented and optimised from the ground up. You'll work across a range of stakeholders, including the Sales and Marketing teams, so your ability to build relationships and communicate clearly on best practice is just as important as your technical skills.
The bulk of the role (80%) is core Salesforce administration, but the parts that will really make a difference are:
* Integrations: Setting up, monitoring and maintaining connections between Salesforce and lead sources. This is critical. Things break, and you'll be the person who catches it and fixes it.
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud: The business is mid-transition and needs someone to establish workflows properly and see it through
* Process change: Documenting and improving how things are done, not just maintaining the status quo
* AI and automation: They want someone curious about what's possible with the latest tools
What we need from you:
* Proven integration experience — required
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience — required
* A self-starter who figures things out without a playbook
* Ability to build trust across multiple stakeholders and follow through
* Motivated to continuously learn and grow platform capability
* Industry experience – property experience preferred but not essential
Bonus skills: PowerBI, basic development/coding, website administration or technical SEO.
