The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain strong communication with drivers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage transportation operations, including fleet allocation and route planning
* Develop operational efficiencies and identify opportunities for process improvement
* Maintain effective communication with drivers and internal teams
* Monitor transport operations to ensure timely completion of deliveries and pick-ups
* Comply with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and safety standards
* Resource planning and forecasting to optimize fleet utilization

We seek an experienced logistics professional who can build on their existing skills or someone eager to build a career in this field. Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team are essential. Knowledge of NHVR and formal CoR qualifications are desirable but not required.
