Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with executive chefs to develop innovative menu concepts and minimize waste.
* Oversee the selection, training, and development of all kitchen staff to ensure timely recruitment and career growth.
* Manage financial KPIs and costs related to gross revenue, employee costs, and other operating expenses.
* Prepare menus and pricing policies based on market trends, competition, and local requirements.
Requirements:
* High volume culinary experience and trade certificate in Commercial Cookery.
* Sound knowledge of Western and Asian cuisines, with demonstrated expertise in menu planning and food safety supervision.
* Proven track record in people management and ability to lead a high-performing team.
