Job Title: Warehouse Supply Officer
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supply Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the warehousing and supply function across the Maxwell Underground Mine and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing stock control for warehouse facilities
* Conducting stock takes
* Issuing goods to store customers via direct issue and picking slips
* Receiving goods and checking against orders
* Expediting stock orders
* Management of repairable stock items
* Maintaining stock storage locations
* Purchasing officer duties as required
* Coordination of transport and logistics
* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required, including the use of forklift/telehandler
* Housekeeping in the warehouse and yard areas
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated warehouse and supply experience in a coal mining environment
* Experience with ERP systems (desirable but not essential)
* A current High Risk Forklift Truck License
* An Australian Manual Drivers License
* A Medium Rigid license is desirable but not essential
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Willingness to work additional shifts if required
