**The Organisation**
Our client is a well-regarded organisation within the aged care & disability sector. Based in the North suburbs of Melbourne, they currently looking for a Payroll Officer to join their team on a Full-Time Permanent basis.
**The Role**
This position sits in the Payroll Department. Part of a high performing team of 6, the Payroll Officer will report directly to Payroll Manager. The main focus of the role will be:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of the fortnightly payroll for 300 employees in accordance with legislation, policies, procedures, and awards.
- Process end-to-end payroll functions
- Monthly finance reports including, but not limited to reconciliations of payroll accounts, monthly invoicing, payroll costing, prepare budgets, journal entries
